You can cancel a sale or return that is in progress at any time.
NOTE: Before cancelling a sale or return, see the important notes below.
At the bottom of the POS view, click the Delete button ().
A Sale cancellation popup appears.
Click Yes to cancel the sale.
OR
Click No to cancel the operation and return to the sale.
The in-progress sale or return is cancelled and POS view defaults are reset e.g. it is blank, awaiting the next transaction.
Only sales or returns that are in progress can be cancelled. To reverse a completed sale, you must void it or process a return instead.
Once a sale or return is cancelled, all its information is deleted from PAYD Pro PlusTM.
Clicking the Delete button cancels the transaction and resets any information on the POS view, including the assigned customer.
