Cancelling a Sale or Return

You can cancel a sale or return that is in progress at any time.

NOTE: Before cancelling a sale or return, see the important notes below.

To cancel an in-progress sale or return:

  1. At the bottom of the POS view, click the Delete button ().
    A Sale cancellation popup appears.

  2. Click Yes to cancel the sale.
    OR
    Click No to cancel the operation and return to the sale.

The in-progress sale or return is cancelled and POS view defaults are reset e.g. it is blank, awaiting the next transaction.
