Hardware Status Indicators

The PAYD Pro Plus App provides a quick method to determine whether the Bluetooth devices are connected and ready to be used.

 

To check device status from the menu:

  1. Tap the Settings button (A white gear icon on a teal button.).

  2. At the top of the main menu, view the status of the devices.

Indicator:

Means:

A grey X with grey lettering.

The device has not been enabled in the Configuration - Devices screen.

 

A green checkmark with green lettering

 

The device is connected and ready to use.

A red X and red lettering.

The device is not connected. This occurs if:

  • The device is not powered on.

  • The device has not been paired.

  • The device has not been configured.
