Transaction Change Log

The Transaction Change Log provides information about deletions of completed orders. See below to generate the log and view log content.

Generating the Transaction Change Log

To generate the Transaction Change Log:

  1. From the PAYD Administration main screen, click Audit Logs.

  1. Under the Change Logs section, click Transactions.

  2. Enter a date range for the log in the Starting Date and Ending Date fields (the default is today's date).

  3. Click the View button.

 

To narrow the results by employee who made the change:

  1. Click the Show Options button on the top of the screen.

  2. Click the Changes Made By Employee drop-down menu and select the employee you wish to view.

  3. Click the View button.

Viewing Order Change Log Content

The log displays the following change data by employee:

 

To page through report results:

The navigation bar appears at the bottom of each reports screen. Use the bar to navigate through the various pages of report results.
