Logging in to PAYD Pro PlusTM Multi Location

To open PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location:

TIP: Save the PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location URL in your Internet Explorer favorites.

Your browser opens and the PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location login screen appears.

 

 

To log in:

  1. Enter your Employee ID, Password and Identifier (one of your Store IDs).

NOTE: If you are logging in for the first time, enter the temporary password that was assigned to you. Once you log in, you will be asked to enter a new password. Passwords are case-sensitive and must have 8 to 12 characters. At least one character must be a number, and the first character must be a letter.

  1. Click the Sign In button.

The PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location Administration main screen appears.

NOTE: PAYD Pro Plus automatically logs you out of a Multi Location session after four (4) hours of inactivity.

 

To change the login and application language:

The login screen switches to the language of your choice and, upon login, PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location starts up in that language.

If you forget your password:

  1. On the PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location login screen, click the Forgot Password? link.

  1. When prompted, enter your Employee ID and Store ID.

  2. Click the Submit button.

  1. When prompted with your security question, enter the Answer.

  2. Click the Submit button.

A temporary password is emailed to you using the email address set up in your employee profile.

  1. Log in to PAYD Pro Plus Multi Location again with this temporary password.

  1. When prompted, enter a New Password and enter it again in Confirm Password.

  1. Click the Save button.

 

If your password has expired:

Passwords expire and must be reset after 90 days. If your password has expired, you will be prompted for a new one when you next log in. Passwords are case-sensitive and must have 8 to 12 characters. At least one character must be a number, and the first character must be a letter.
