Use the Transaction Details popup to view details of sales, returns, and payouts transacted in the PAYD Pro PlusTM, including layaways, invoices, refunds, exchanges, independent refunds. You can search for transactions from the Void/Return - Sales Search popup and the Transaction Search popup. Both screens are accessed via the POS view.
NOTE: If you are operating PAYD Pro Plus in a multi-lane environment, the screen displays all transactions on your system regardless of the POS on which they were transacted.
On the POS view Transactions button panel, click Void / Return.
In the Search textbox, enter transaction ID, date (YYYY/MM/DD), or customer name, phone number or email.
Click the Search button ().
A list of matching transactions appears.
TIP: To display all transactions in your system, leave the Search textbox blank.
On the POS view, click the Tools tab.
On the Tools button panel, click the Transactions button.
In the Search textbox, enter transaction ID, date (YYYY/MM/DD), or customer name, phone number or email.
Click the Search button ().
A list of matching transactions appears.
TIP: To display all transactions in your system, leave the Search textbox blank.
On the screen, click the transaction whose details you want to view.
General information appears in the Sale Details popup General Info tab.
To view details of the associated products (if any), click the Products tab.
NOTE: If a Surcharge was applied to a transaction paid by Debit card, it will be visible here. If the customer took Cashback during a transaction paid by Debit card, it will be visible here.
To view details of the associated transactions, click the Transactions tab.
At the bottom of the Sale Details popup, click the Receipts button.

At the bottom of the Sale Details popup, click the Receipts button.
Click the Print Customer copy or Print Merchant copy button, as appropriate.

At the bottom of the Sale Details popup, click the Receipts button.
Click the Email Customer copy button.
NOTE: The Email Customer copy button appears only if the customer has an email address included in his or her PAYD Pro Plus customer details. The receipt is emailed to that address.
At the bottom of the Sale Details popup, click the Receipts button.
Make sure the correct transaction is displayed on the Sale Details popup (i.e., the sale, refund or void transaction).
Click the Transactions tab.
Click the Print button to the right of the transaction details.
At the bottom of the Sale Details popup, click the Return button.

At the bottom of the Sale Details popup, click the Deposit button.

At the bottom of the Sale Details popup, click the Cancel button.
To adjust a sale or refund (non-integrated merchants only).
At the bottom of the popup, click the Adjust button.
