Deleting a Permission Role

Use the Permission Roles screen to delete an existing permission role in the PAYD Administration. To delete a role, you first select the role and then delete it.

NOTE: Before deleting a permission role, see Notes on Permission Roles.

To select the permission role you want to delete:

  1. On the PAYD Administration main screen, click Profiles.

  2. On the Profiles menu, under the Employees section, click Permission Roles.

A list of permission roles configured in PAYD Pro Plus appears.

  1. On the list, click the Role Name.

The Permission Roles screen  displays the role with the General Information tab selected.

 

To delete the role:

  1. At the top of the screen, click the Delete button.

A confirmation popup appears.

  1. To delete the permission role, click Ok.
    OR
    To cancel the operation and return to the Permission Roles screen, click Cancel.
