eCommerce Order Management

eCommerce orders in PAYD Pro PlusTM are treated differently than transactions processed in your physical store location because there are several additional steps that are not required for traditional in-store transactions. Even though eCommerce orders are accessed through the same Transactions screen, they are different enough to be considered their own separate entity.

NOTE: eCommerce orders will only be visible to merchants using the PAYD Pro Plus eCommerce module. If you do not use the module, this section will not be applicable to your business.

The eCommerce order management functions enable merchants to perform the following tasks with eCommerce orders:

• Search eCommerce orders

• View eCommerce order details

• Modify eCommerce orders

• Cancel eCommerce orders

• Generate eMails from eCommerce orders

• Complete eCommerce orders

To access eCommerce orders:

• On the PAYD Administration main screen, click Transactions.
  The Transactions screen appears.
