The Login Activity Log provides information about logins to your PAYD Pro PlusTM solution (both In-Store and Mobile). Log content is broken out by employee/user and sorted in ascending order by employee last name. The purpose of the Login Activity Log is to monitor inactive accounts and possible fraudulent user activity. See below to generate the log and view log contents.
NOTE: PAYD Administration also provides an Employee Profile Change Log.
From the PAYD Administration main screen, click Audit Logs.
On the Audit Logs menu, under the Login Logs section, click Employees.
Enter a date range for the log in the Starting Date and Ending Date fields (the default is today's date).
Click the View button.
The log contents display the following information for each employee, sorted in ascending order by Last Name:
Status - The employee's status: Active or Inactive. Inactive employees are prevented from logging in to PAYD Pro Plus .
Employee ID - The ID used by PAYD Pro Plus to identify the employee and by the employee to log in (link to employee profile).
First Name - The employee's first name.
Last Name - The employee's last name (default sort).
Creation Date - The date on which the employee's profile was created (mm/ dd/ yy).
Last Login - The date and time of the employee's last login (mm/ dd/ yy hh:mm:ss AM/PM).
Last Unsuccessful Login - The date and time of the employee's last unsuccessful login attempt, if any (mm/ dd/ yy hh:mm:ss AM/PM).
Unsuccessful Login Attempts - The number of the employee's unsuccessful login attempts (if any).
Click the appropriate Employee ID link.
Click the heading of the column you want to sort on (highlighted on mouseover).
Click again on a heading to toggle between descending and ascending order.
Use the navigation bar below the report results. The current page is highlighted.
