Ecommerce Tax Considerations ● determine if you are going to calculate tax based on the Ship To address or the Bill To address |

Ecommerce Site Design ● create a website theme - all aspects of design including: • selecting a colour scheme • defining behaviour of the various site elements • adding CSS and Javascript to the site to increase customization • adding widgets to the site to improve user experience • adding articles to your site to expand information |

Preview the Site ● look at a live representation of the site to ensure everything looks correct and functions properly |

Optimize the site ● optimize the site for Search Engines |
Once you have performed these tasks, you can publish the website.
Publishing the site makes it visible to customers and the public at large on the internet. Internet users can access your website via a web browser on a computer, laptop or smart phone.
To publish the ecommerce website:
From the PAYD Administration main screen, click the Ecommerce menu.
On the Ecommerce menu, under the Site section, click Themes.
The Themes screen appears.
Click the theme you wish to publish in the list.
The theme's profile screen appears.
Click the Publish button at the top of the screen.
A confirmation popup appears.
Click the Ok button.
You are returned to the Ecommerce - Themes screen.
Once the site is published, all the elements that have been enabled (like widgets, reviews, articles etc.) as well as any CSS or Javascript that you have used will be published as well.
You can access the published site at any time by clicking the Open Website option on the Ecommerce menu.
